Elim Housing was established in 1973 and comprises Elim Housing Association and Elim Housing Services. The association is a charitable registered social landlord (RSL) registered with the Financial Services Authority under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965 (No. 16402R) and is also registered with the Homes and Communities Agency under the Housing Associations Act 1985 (No. LH0977).
The association owns and manages around 800 homes in England and Wales and this comprises a diverse stock of general needs and supported housing. Our portfolio includes flats and houses both rented and sold to shared owners and shared housing. Our main focus for new development is in the four key local authorities of Bristol, North Somerset, Gloucester and South Gloucestershire.
