We are a Large Scale Voluntary Transfer (LSVT) housing association, formed in July 2002. We are an independent organisation with a clear vision for our future.
Our Corporate Plan provides strategic direction for Weaver Vale Housing Trust and Weaver Horizons over the period 2009 to 2012. The plan will take us to our 10th anniversary and see the Trust grow as a service provider both to individual customers and Business to Business customers.
The Corporate Plan is the framework for the implementation of our Vision.
